Hello, I’m Lori Newton, a native Floridian originally from Orlando with a lifelong connection to the Sunshine State.
My background in property, facilities, and construction management gives me a unique perspective in real estate and an eye for the details that matter. I’m also a Certified Staging Design Professional, licensed Community Association Manager, Notary Public, and owner of a successful Home Watch company. Together, these experiences allow me to bring more than traditional real estate knowledge to the table, whether I’m helping a buyer evaluate a property or helping a seller prepare their home to stand out.
Outside of real estate, I’m a longtime volunteer with state and local organizations focused on sea turtle conservation and environmental stewardship. Being involved in the Englewood, North Port, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities has given me an even deeper appreciation for the place I’m fortunate to call home.
